INGREDIENTS: Bcaa 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), L-Citrulline DL-malate, L-Glutamine, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Acidity Regulator (INS 330 & INS 296) Artificial Sweetener (INS 955), Anti-Caking Agent (INS 551).

DIRECTIONS: Mix 10g of powder (approx 1 scoop) in 250 ml of cold water or use as recommended by health care professional.
